Why is there a setup fee?
The $1,000 setup covers building your website (live within 7 days) and overhauling your Google profile, which is most of the work up front. It's waived if you pay quarterly or annually, and for founding clients.
What counts as an unlimited website change?
Any edit to the website you already have: new photos, updated prices or hours, new wording, a new service added to an existing page. Send as many as you want, and each one is done within 2 business days. A brand-new page or a full redesign is an add-on.
How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
If you're not happy within your first 30 days, tell us and we'll refund every dollar you've paid, including the setup fee. No forms, no fine print.
What does the founding client offer require?
A 3-month minimum, then month-to-month. After 90 days we ask for an honest testimonial and permission to share your results as a case study. Your $299/mo rate stays locked in for as long as you stay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly plans are month-to-month, and founding clients can cancel anytime after their first 3 months. Quarterly and annual plans run for the period you paid for.
What happens to my website and Google profile if I leave?
Your Google profile is always yours: you own it, and we just manage it for you. On the System, your website is fully yours after 12 months (24 months on the website-only plan). Before that, you can buy it out by paying the remaining months at the website rate of $199/mo.
Why is AI search only in the System?
Getting recommended by ChatGPT and Google's AI depends on everything working together: your Google profile, website, reviews, and consistent listings. It only works well as part of the whole system.
