Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Tidefunnel (“we”, “us”) collects through tidefunnel.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email support@tidefunnel.com.
What we collect
- When you request a free Google score: your first name, email address, and website, along with the date, the page you were on, and the results of the test (your score, load time, number of issues, and top issues).
- When you book a call: booking happens through Calendly, which collects the details you enter there. Calendly handles that information under its own privacy policy.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in your message.
- When you visit the site: basic, anonymous visit statistics (such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, browser type, and country) through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites. Our hosting provider also processes technical data like IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.
How we use it
- To run your free Google score and show you the results.
- To prepare for and follow up on your free call.
- To email you your results and occasional tips about getting found online. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
Services we use
We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site. Each receives only what it needs:
- Google: PageSpeed Insights receives the website address you enter so it can test it. Google Sheets stores the details from the score form. Google Fonts delivers some of the fonts on this site, which means your browser connects to Google's servers.
- Calendly: schedules calls.
- Cloudflare: hosts the site and provides anonymous visit statistics.
How long we keep it
We keep the details from the score form for as long as they are useful for following up with you and for our business records, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or by replying to tell us.
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing support@tidefunnel.com.
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will honor those requests as the law requires.
Children
This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as secure connections and access controls on the tools we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
